Organisation

The Foundation for Sustainable Development provides financial support for the development of the NV&F Website, Clearing House Mechanism and additional tools such as CaseBase.

A more formal Steering Committee is proposed to discuss the work plan of the Network and to ensure that it provides maximum added value to the activities of the associated organisations.

In addition, an Advisory Board will be created with representatives of the main organisations active in this field. Where possible, shared responsibilities will be established with partner organisations.

For example, the Ecosystem Services Data base (http://esd.uvm.edu) will be further developed in close collaboration with the Gund Inst. for Ecological Economics, Univ. of Vermont, USA.
